For this tutorial, you’ll need a working knowledge of PSP.
I’m using PSP 9 but any version should work.
This tutorial is my own and any resemblance to any other is purely coincidental.
Supplies for this tutorial:
PSP (any version)
Scrap kit of choice.
I’m using the FTU kit: 4th Of July

You MUST have the license to use these tubes! DO NOT use w/o a license!!
Let’s begin:
Open your template.
Delete the credits
Select the first circle you want to work with
Select all
Float
Defloat
Copy and paste a paper from your kit as a new layer
Selections
Invert
Delete
Select none.
Do the same for the other circles you want to change.
Fill each with either a paper from the kit or a color to match.
Select your tube
Copy and paste above all layers except the word art.
Add drop shadow of choice.
Merge your word art layer down on top of the glitter WA
Resize WA as desired.
Add drop shadow
Select all the elements from the kit that you want to use.
Copy and paste as you wish in your tag.
Fireworks
Balloons
Flower
Bow
eagle
Add drop shadow to each one you add.
Select the white rectangle on the template
Apply the blinds effect using default settings and the color blue
Now crop your tag down to whatever size you want it.
Add your name and your © info.
Save and enjoy your new tag!
