•Make L♥VE-PTU Tut•

For this tutorial, you’ll need a working knowledge of PSP.
I’m using PSP 9 but any version should work.
This tutorial is my own and any resemblance to any other is purely coincidental.
Supplies for this tutorial:
PSP (any version)
Scrap kit of choice.
I’m using the PTU kit: ’Make love not war’  by Angel’s Designz.
You can get her kits here:
Tube of choice: I’m using the wonderful work of Ismael Rac
This is a tube you MUST have a license to use.  Don’t use these tubes without a license!
You can find these tubes here:

Let’s begin!!
Open canvas-900x700-crop later.
Use your square tool and draw out a square. Make it a thick one-about 20 width.
Convert to raster and duplicate two times so you have three squares.
Arrange so they are in a row and merge visible.
Magic wand-select the thick part of your squares.
Select a paper from your kit-copy-
Back to canvas-paste as new layer.
Selections-invert-delete. Select none.
Magic wand-select the empty part of your suares.
Selections-modify-expand by 4
Add new raster layer.
Select a paper from your kit-copy
Paste as new layer
Select none and move below your frame layer.
Select one of the bows from your kit.
Copy & paste as new layer. Resize as needed and position.
Add drop shadow to each bow.
Select whatever elements you want to use from your kit.
Resize. Copy/paste & position on your tag where you want them
I use the leaves element and the pink flowers for the bottom of my frame.
Also used the wire hearts element for my background.
Add drop shadows to each element you use.
Add your tube-add drop shadow.
Crop your tag down.
Add © info and any text you want on your tag.
Save and enjoy!
