Want to give a HUGE thank you to my awesome friend Kelly for making my new blinkies and my fabby header!

Also have a new tutorial for you guys! It's short, simple, and easy to follow!
For this tutorial, you’ll need a working knowledge of PSP.
I’m using PSP 9 but any version should work.
This tutorial is my own and any resemblance to any other is purely coincidental.
Supplies for this tutorial:
PSP (any version)
Scrap kit of choice.
I’m using the PTU kit: Gangster Babe from Angel’s Designz.

Tube of choice: I’m using the wonderful work of Keith Garvey.

This is going to be short and simple.

This is going to be short and simple.
Ready--Lets begin!!
Open a new canvas (I star with 800x600 and crop at the end.
Copy the mesh2 from your kit & paste into your canvas. Resize as you wish.
Next, use your ellipse tool and draw out a circle. Make the width 20
And the background color null.-Convert this to raster layer
-Click the wide part of your circle with your magic wand.
Select a paper from your kit-Copy-Back to your canvas- Paste INTO selection. Deselect.
Copy & paste your tube on top of your frame layer. Add drop shadow.
Select a ribbon from your kit. Copy & paste into your canvas. Move below your tube layer . Add drop shadow.
Next, copy and paste your brass knuckles. Resize and place to the bottom left of your from on top of your ribbon layer. Add your drop shadow.
Copy and paste a gun from your kit. Resize and add drop shadow.
Add your bullets above your gun layer. Resize them and add a drop shadow.
Select your frame layer. Click inside it with your magic wand.
Selections-Modify-Expand by3 (Do NOT Deselect) Add new raster layer.
Copy a paper from your kit.-Paste INTO selection. Deselect.
Move this paper layer under your frame layer and add drop shadow to your frame
Copy a word art from your kit. Paste into your canvas. Add an outline using your gradient glow & add a drop shadow.
Now crop your tag to the size you want it to be.
Add your text and your copyright info.
Merge all and save.
There you have your finished product!
